When you upload a new document format for the first time, setup is required to map the data for extraction.

Unrecognised files will show as Setup Required on the Received Files page.

To request setup for these files, click on Request Setup from the actions menu:

A popup window will open showing you a preview of the document.

If you want the software to set up this document format, click on the green Request Setup button.

Files which you have requested setup for will show up as Requested in the Received Files list.

New documents formats will take up to two business days to set up. 

Once a document’s layout has been mapped, future uploads in the same format will be recognised, automatically extracted within seconds, and sent to your connected modules.
